Aluminum Tube And Aluminum Tube Packaging

Aluminum alloy (mainly aluminum-magnesium, aluminum-manganese alloy) plates have higher strength than pure aluminum. Since aluminum is not resistant to acid, alkali and salt, all aluminum plates must be painted before use. The production process of aluminum plate is: cast aluminum → hot rolling → cold rolling → annealing → cold rolling → heat treatment → leveling → passivation treatment (generate aluminum oxide film) → coating → aluminum sheet.

Aluminum cosmetic tubes are mainly used to make aluminum packaging containers such as cans, boxes, bottles and so on. In addition, aluminum plate is a special material for making easy-open cans because of its good processability.

About 2/3 of the extrusion tube packaging containers are aluminum tubes, which are mainly used for the packaging of toothpaste, cosmetics, ointments, etc. The use of aluminum tubes for food packaging is a new and convenient packaging method that is popular in Europe and Australia. Aluminum cosmetic tubes are especially suitable for filling semi-liquid or pasty foods, such as jam, pate, butter, honey, concentrated foods and seasoning foods, etc. Aluminum tube packaging not only has the characteristics of light weight, excellent protective performance, good strength, not easy to break, and easy to carry, but also has the characteristics of easy opening, extrusion and folding, easy to store food after eating, and keeps freshness longer than bottles and cans. The package is long, does not need to be refrigerated, and has the advantages of convenient use. Therefore, it is very popular with consumers and is used in the packaging of military food and aerospace food.

Aluminum cosmetic tubes are generally made of 99.7% pure aluminum for extrusion and curling. The outer surface can be printed and decorated, and the inner wall is coated with organic resin coatings, such as epoxy resin, phenolic resin, vinyl resin, etc., which can further improve corrosion resistance. It can also prevent the aluminum tube from breaking when it is bent.

The production method of the aluminum cosmetic tube is to punch an aluminum plate of a certain thickness with a precision blanking punch, blank it into a small round billet, anneal, and then perform impact extrusion on a 100~350T extrusion machine to make the round billet along the A certain length and diameter extend outwards into a tubular shape, and finally reach a certain size. The formed aluminum cosmetic tube is also heat-treated to eliminate work hardening, so as not to crack when extruded and crimped. Finally, paint and dry the inner wall of the aluminum cosmetic tube, and carry out decorative printing on the surface of the tube.
