Comparison of ABL Tube and All-Plastic Tube

1. Aluminum-plastic composite tube is a kind of packaging container which is made of aluminum foil and plastic film co-extruded and processed by special tube making machine.

The typical structure does not have PE/PE+EAA/AI/PE+EAA/PE.
Aluminum-plastic composite tube is mainly used for packaging cosmetics with high requirements of hygiene and protection.
The blocking layer is generally aluminum foil, and the blocking layer depends on the size of the pinhole of aluminum foil.
With the continuous improvement of technology, the thickness of the aluminum foil shielding layer in the aluminum plastic composite tube has been decreasing, which greatly saves resources.

Aluminum plastic composite tube in use has the following advantages:

(1). High barrier: aluminum foil has light resistance, oxygen resistance, water resistance and other barriers.
On the one hand, it can prevent external substances from invading cosmetics, prevent cosmetics from oxidation and deterioration, and prevent the water and taste in cosmetics from spreading outward through the tube , so as to ensure the quality of cosmetics.
(2). Low cost: in order to achieve the same barrier performance, aluminum plastic composite tube than all plastic composite tube and plastic co-extruded tube with materials, low cost.Good economy and other advantages.

2. All plastic composite tube

All plastic composite tubes are made of plastic. Plastic composite tubes can be divided into two types: all plastic non-barrier composite tubes and all plastic barrier composite tubes.

All plastic non-barrier composite tube is generally used to resist the packaging of rapid consumption cosmetics;
The barrier layer of the block composite tube can be multilayer composite material containing EVOH/PVDC, oxide coating PET, etc.

Advantages of plastic composite tube:

(1). Environmental protection: compared with the aluminum-plastic composite pipe, the all-plastic composite tube is made of all-plastic sheet, which is economical and easy to recycle, and reduces the pollution of packaging waste to the environment. The recycled all-plastic composite tube can be processed twice, and the production place is relatively low quality products.

(2). Color diversity: according to the characteristics of cosmetics and different consumer needs, so plastic composite tube can be made into different colors, such as colorless transparent, transparent and opaque, to bring strong visual enjoyment to consumers.
In particular, the transparent plastic composite tube can clearly see the color state of the content, which gives a strong visual impact and greatly enhances the purchase desire of consumers.

(3). Good resilience: Compared with the aluminum-plastic tube, the full plastic tube has better resilience, which ensures that after squeezing cosmetics, the tube can quickly recover to its original state and always maintain a beautiful and standardized appearance, which is very important for cosmetics packaging.
