The printing method of cosmetic tube is closely related to the tube production process. If the cosmetic tube printing machine uses an automatic conveyor system, the printing speed can reach 150 / min. If it is connected to the automatic packing machine, that is, from the supply of materials to the sending of the product to achieve automated production of hose to meet the needs of large -scale production.
 
On the automatic production line consisting of a printing machine, extrusion machine, head injection machine, and film cover, the hose molding and printing can be completed at one time, and the production speed reaches 100 pieces / min. Qualified products are removed to ensure that the quality of cosmetic tube printing is within a stable range. Compared with the screen printing, the printing cost of convex glue printing is relatively low and widely used.
 
(2) Silk Screen Printing

The thick ink layer of the screen printing can effectively cover the colorful luster of the cosmetic tube itself, especially the deep color hose printing shows a strong color effect.
 
The surface of some cosmetic tube products is modified PE material, which has a soft touch. After using silk mesh printing, it can meet the requirements of wear resistance. Silk -screen printing is fast and the equipment debugging time is short. It can print qualified products in a short period of time, which meets multiple and small batch hose printing services. For some cosmetic tube that are frequently replaced with design patterns, screen printing is the most applicable.
