More and more colored pastes and gel-based ointments are being favored by consumers. When these products are packaged in a clear laminated cosmetic tube, the attractive color and good texture make people love it, and the clear cosmetic tube packaging undoubtedly plays the icing on the cake. However, when a transparent cosmetic tube is used, the contents in the tube are easily degraded by ultraviolet radiation. At present, some companies have developed the product formula of "UV blocking", which can effectively protect the filled products from UV damage.

Environmental protection is the most practical and reasonable way to produce environmentally friendly cosmetic squeeze tube. When the thickness of the aluminum foil barrier layer in the cosmetic tube is reduced from the traditional 40μ to 12μ, a lot of resources can be saved; when the aluminum foil barrier layer is completely eliminated and replaced with EVOH (ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer), the laminated cosmetic tube can be completely recycled.

Whether it is cosmetics, medicine or food, the first consideration for packaging is hygienic performance, followed by barrier performance, printing adaptability and chemical resistance. Of course, economy and ease of use must also be considered.
Basic, streamlined, simple—these words used to describe cosmetic packaging, especially tubes, were only a few years ago. Between the ever-changing tubes, the trend of transparent cosmetic squeeze tube has turned in an upward direction.
