Extruding the tube---injecting the head---printing---sealing is the normal production process of cosmetic squeeze tubes, but there are still many differences in the production process of different types of cosmetic squeeze tubes. Next, the cosmetic tube manufacturer Guangzhou Yello Packaging Co., Ltd. will introduce the production process of round cosmetic squeeze tubes products as follows:
  1. Extruding the cosmetic tube - according to customer requirements, extruding the body of the cosmetic tube according to the diameter and length of the tube.
  2. Heading - according to the customer's matching tube caps, heading the corresponding shoulder.
  3. Offset printing - 1-6 color silk screen printing, according to the customer's requirements, confirm the glossy and matte effect of the cosmetic tube.
  4. Silk screen printing, hot stamping and labeling——According to the needs of customer design artwork, the silk screen printing, hot stamping and labeling process of cosmetic tubes are completed.
  5. Cap locking or end sealing: According to customer requirements, the cosmetic tube can be locked or end sealed.
  6. Complete inspection - inspect the quality of cosmetic tubes to ensure 100% factory quality.
  7. Packaging - according to the customer's packaging requirements, the cosmetic tube is packaged and shipped.
