Heading - according to the customer's matching tube cap, heading the corresponding shoulder.
Offset printing - 1-6 color silk screen printing, according to customer's requirements, determine the bright and frosted effect.
Silk screen printing, hot stamping and labeling - according to the needs of customers' design draft, the silk screen printing, hot stamping and labeling processes are completed.
Cap locking or end sealing: according to customer requirements, lock cover or end seal.
Packaging - According to the customer's packaging requirements, the cosmetic tube is packaged and shipped.
Production process of oval cosmetic tube:
Extruding tubes - according to customer requirements, extruding out the tube body according to the diameter and length of the pipe.
Offset printing without heading - 1-6 color silk screen printing, according to customer's requirements, determine the bright and frosted effect.
Screen printing, hot stamping and labeling without heading - according to the needs of the customer's design draft, the screen printing, hot stamping and labeling processes are completed.
Heading- according to the customer's matching tube cap, heading the corresponding shoulder.
Lock cover or end seal: according to customer requirements, lock cover or end seal.
